*OCTOBER 2015*
i was walking one of arv’s bikes through turtleback park after putting in 2 hours @ the mercer county library…
for some reason my iphone wasn’t charging at the computer…
so when i reached the park i couldn’t use the flashlight…
i foolishly decided to walk the bike through the park in the pitch-black…
with the bike at my right i took a step with my left foot into a 4-foot drop to a creek…
i twisted around and fell on my right side…
broke my fall with my right arm…
my right ribcage slammed into the rocks and i landed in 2 feet of water…
i felt my way back up to safety and arrived at arv’s house in one piece…
there was no bruising on my right side…
a week later i have increased pain in my right ribcage…
i think i broke / bruised my ribs…
just like in may 2014 when i was struck on my right side by a car in princeton…
broken ribs heal on their own…
i hope i didn’t damage my lungs and affect my singing voice…
i have not attempted vocals since the accident but my breathing does not feel impaired…
