.
“BEST MULTI-VITAMINS” –>
(for ‘active adult males’)
(according to…?)
(at least according to the ‘google search engine’…)
“that’s a thing?”
.
.
.
*MEN’S ACTIVE SPORT MULTI*
(amazon link)
*180 PILLS*
*3 PILLS / DAY*
(“with food”)
(how much food?)
(and “how long ago” / “how much” do i need to eat before it counts as “with food”)
*60 DAY SUPPLY*
$25.98
(~14Β’ / pill)
(~ 43Β’ / day)
(~ $158.05 / year)
*PLACED AMAZON ORDER ON ‘7 OCTOBER 2021’*

(will be delivered tomorrow)
.
“‘RAINBOW LIGHT’ MEN’S ONE”
(1 tablet per day)
($54.99 for 150 tablets)
(or ~5 months supply)
(37 cents per tablet)
(if you sign up for ‘repeat delivery’ you can get 25% off regular price and ‘free shipping’)
.
(i’ve been into taking daily supplements ever since the flintstones days of my youth)
*cue: “jen millman strong…and growing…*
(now i take shawn damkani’s “care-x-one” vitamins)
(although many doctors assert that supplements are unnecessary if one consumes a healthy diet)
(the old man mocking cheryl lynn’s “horse pills”)
(although he went through a ‘healthy eating’ phase around ‘age 50’)
(referring to ‘men’s health”)
(and he got jacked for a while)
(but i bet he didn’t take any ‘vitamins’)
.
“CENTRUM VITAMINS” –>
(‘our experiences’)
“FALL 2018” –>
(purchased ‘centrum multigummies’ @ ‘walmart’ in watchung)
(~$15 for 150 gummies)
(or ’37 cents’ a ‘gummy’)
(yummy!)
(‘multivitamin’ / ‘multimineral’)
(the front label also has a row of 4 ‘thumbnail icons’) –>
“ENERGY”
(‘running man’ icon)
“IMMUNITY”
“METABOLISM”
“MUSCLE FUNCTION”
(note that all 4 are just a single nouns)
(as in “energy”)
(rather than “boosts energy”)
(rather than “can boost energy”)
(rather than “this product boosts energy”)
(to shield company from potential lawsuits for ‘false advertising’)
(how is that proven?)
(case by case basis?)
(‘class-action lawsuit’)
(and even with this ‘vague list’ of ‘health conditions’ that makes no claims for any of the categories, all 4 include an ‘asterisk’ to left of name)
(which refers ‘consumer’ to…)
the ‘side right section’ list in ‘small type’) –>
“this ‘statement’ has not been ‘evaluated’ (‘verified’?) by the “food and drug administration'”
“this ‘product’ is not intended to ‘diagnose’, ‘treat’, ‘cure’, or ‘prevent’ any ‘disease'”
(and you have to rotate the bottle ’90 degrees left’ to read the ‘warning’)
(is this ‘warning’ required by US government (or ‘state’ / ‘municipal’ government?)
(or else what?)
‘100%’ (‘or more’?) of –>
“VITAMIN B6”
“VITAMIN B12”
‘VITAMIN D3’
‘VITAMIN E’
(with a label on ‘front top left’ corner advertising ‘more D3!’)
(as opposed to the ‘previous version’?)
(what changed between now and then)
(why wasn’t MORE D3
(does a person NEED more ‘D3’?)
(how much did it cost te company to include more ‘D3’?)
(or did their results from ‘market resaerch’ indicate that more people ‘wanted’ more D3)
(does ‘more D3’ have any ‘proven’ (or even ‘theoretical’ / ‘possible’) health benefit?)
or ‘may 1 day’…
or ‘when taken with…’
or ‘for some conditions’…
(although the front bottle label doesn’t add ‘per day’ after 100%)
(safe to assume?)
(why advertise ‘or more’ when many people believe in ‘vitamin overdose’?)
(or at the very least, consider he/she doesn’t want to pay for a health product that gives him/her ‘more’ that what they ‘require’)
(define ‘require’)
(to love longer?)
(to improve ‘quality of life’?)
(to prevent
(to treat a ‘pre-existing condition’)
(i’ll be damned if you do!)
(show me you can!)
(th hell with (that dreaful man’!)
(“who is that ‘dreadful man’…)
(take 2 a day)
(at the same time?)
(so each bottle contains a ’75-day supply’)
(for ‘men’)
(how are a man’s ‘nutritional requirements’ different from those of ‘women’ and ‘children’?)
(and does it change based on one’s ‘activity level’?)
(or ‘age’?)
(or any other ‘variables’?)
(the ‘chewable capsules’ taste pretty good)
(‘natural’ flavors’)
(as opposed to ‘artificial’)
(how is that defined?)
(it is extracting the flavor from its ‘natural source’)
(like using ‘oranges’ to create ‘orange flavor’)
(rather than ‘artificially’ creating ‘orange flavor’ without actually using ‘oranges’)
(is this necessarily heathier?)
(one seems to assume so)
(although ‘artificial’ enables ‘custom-made’ flavor)
(that could potentially mitigate any deleterious effects associated with using the ‘source food’)
(the ‘centrum multivitamins’ come in (‘cherry’ / ‘berry’ / ‘apple’) flavors)
(50 each?)
(‘cherry’ being my ‘least favorite flavor’)
(although i don’t mind eating actual cherries)
(even though the ‘hard core’ is annoying to eat around)
(can you safely swallow the ‘cherry core’?)
(it also means you have to throw away ‘stem’ and ‘core’ for every cherry consumed)
.
*annoying ‘interiors’* –>
(‘seedless cherries’)
(‘seedless watermelons’)
.
*annoying ”exteriors’* –>
(‘shell-less’ hard-boiled eggs’)
(‘shell-less’ crabs)
(all ‘hard to open’ wrappers / bottles / etc)
.
“dirty fingers” –>
“RIBS”
.
“spillage risks” –>
“beer bubbles”
(can ‘food manufacturers (/ ‘inventors’)’ eliminate these annoyances like they once did for ‘seedles watermelons’?)
(and how much more will it cost?)
(“…with other ‘natural flavors'”)
(such as?)
(and why add ‘flavors’ if it ostensibly does not have an effect on the ‘health benefits’ associated with the ‘vitamin’?)
(are there certain ‘flavors’ in the ‘raw multi-vitamin’ that are so ‘unpleasant’ that a person doesn’t want to take them?)
(although i assume that this ‘unpleasant’ taste has no ‘health risks’)
(as it states on the bottle that the tablets can be taken without ‘food’ or ‘water’)
(implying that they probably won’t make a person vomit)
(can a person sue the manufacturer if it did?)
(how serious a crime is ‘false advertising’?)
(and will a ‘person’ or ‘corporation’ be charged?)
(or the ‘CEO’ / ‘sole proprietor’ of a company?)
(and they don’t require a ‘liquid’ to ‘swallow’ them)
(or food in your stomach)
(i once wolfed down a bunch of them when i was feeling particularly famished)
(risk of ‘vitamin overdose’)
(“do not exceed suggested use”)
(no ‘aftertaste’)
(i don’t remember any negative effects from doing so)
(barely noticeable?)
(or attributed to other ‘factors’?)
.
“VITAMIN OVERDOSE” –>
(what is the most dangerous ‘vitamin / mineral’ to ‘overdose’ on?)
(are there ‘maximum recommended daily dosages’ in addition to ‘minimums’?)
(is a ‘company’ required to clearly state (on the bottle) that ‘you’ are ‘at risk’ from some ‘deleterious side effect’?)
(or does it vary by product?)
(and who makes these laws?)
(‘states’ have the power to ‘create’ / ‘impose’ any law not explicitly granted to ‘federal government’)
(according to the ‘american constitution’)
(“enumeration of powers’)
(will too much ‘beta-carotene’ really make your skin turn orange (along with ‘improving eyesight’)
(i became obsessed with ‘carrots’ ’round ‘age 6’ when i read that they ‘improved eyesight’)
(to achieve ‘super eyesight’ from a ‘standard’ baseline?)
(or to prevent ‘eyesight degeneration’ in those who are at risk?)
(at ‘age 34’, i still don’t ‘need’ glasses)
(although i’m still technically ‘color blind’)
(and a ‘bona-fide synesthete’ to boot!)
(aren’t we all?)
(or rather, won’t we all be sometime in the near future?)
