(found an ‘epson workforce 610 printer’ outside an apartment)
(giving it away for free)
(with a note: “just clean printer heads”)
(and with new printer cartridges)
(i could connect it via ‘wifi’ to my ‘macbook’)
(after plugging it in)
(tried ‘cleaning printer heads’ as an ‘internal selected process’)
(a few times)
(never worked)
(it wouldn’t print ‘black’)
.
(there were 4 cartridges…)
(‘black’ / ‘magenta’ / ‘yellow’ / ‘cyan’)
.
(tried manually cleaning the printer head nozzle)
(by taking out the cartridges and cleaning with wet toilet paper)
(lots of ink soaked into the paper)
(but it didn’t work)
(couldn’t print a test page)
(i could download the “CD” software from the epson site)
(didn’t matter because ‘computer overhauls’ wouldn’t take it)
(nor would any ‘local pawn shop’)
(should i put it on ‘craigslist’?)
