(leave @ noon)
(bring ALL equipment)

roboray urged me to book the show.  got in touch with a booking agent named “elmo” who sent us tickets to sell in advance.  since we were playing on a sunday afternoon, there wouldn’t be much of a built-in crowd…

(sell advance tickets)

(sold 6 so far:)

(1 to grandma skip)
(even though she didn’t even attend the show)

(5 to the old man)
(who will sell them @ his office)
(which is right next to the olde mill inn and jockey hollow)
(i was expecting christopher kete (aka “michael kownacki II”) to show up)
(this didn’t happen…)

(champ’s crew were nowhere to be found)
(emilia and friends didn’t bother showing up)

by this time, we were no longer performing w/ luke on bass
(and roboray never got his little sister to any of our shows)
(even though the stone pony is an all-ages venue)

upon arrival, the bartender pointed out “elmo” to me…

elmo busted roboray after reading my references to “aliens” in the band write-up…

he seemed to want to get us off the stage as soon as possible…
(since we didn’t sell very many tickets)

we got through about 3 songs before we were given the hook…

mama said that he seemed like a jerk…

then i ended up having to drive all the way back down later that evening after leaving my guitar effects board at the club…
