i was depressed yesterday after realizing that my guitar playing was severely limited by the finger injury…
so i pigged out and went to sleep after john dropped me off from arv’s at 10pm…
he had 3 cigarettes left and gave me one…
i smoked half of it but i wasn’t going to get productive…
so i ate chickpeas / everything bagels / cinnamon apple donuts and listened to youtube videos in bed…
took lots of explosive shits…
i think the tussin is all coming out of me now…
more long sleeping…
dreamt of being in a smoke shop…
arv called me @ 10:30am…
he had the house to himself and suggested we rehearse…
i jerked off / loaded up my flash drives / brushed my teeth / took more shits / loaded up the electric guitar and headed out to his pad in the (light) rain…
called cheryl on the way…
she suggested warm compresses + advil (every 3 hours) for the injured finger…
it didn’t feel any better this morning…
i smoked the rest of the cigarette but it made me feel sickly…
arrived at arv’s before noon…
went to fallen tree and smoked a bowl…
one more bowl left…
then we went back to his room and recorded some video…
brainstorming session for “nadia and allie”…
starting to get my fingers back…
and the voice feels fantastic…
he brewed me some coffee…
i also remembered chords for “mounting everest” / “i’ve just seen a face” / “with a little help from my friends”…
ashley in her bedroom (looking more beautiful than ever)…
big black cleaning lady in the kitchen…
too bad i’m all stinky and unwashed today (from all the shitting)…
awkwardly said hello to her in the kitchen…
they definitely don’t want to hear me singing and playing guitar
