(i utilized an M-Audio mobilepre USB preamp (with two channels) to record my music (since fall 2005))
(i’d plug my monster guitar cable directly into the preamp to record bass parts(
(although sean connell did lend me his ampeg bass amp))
(i later pawned the bass amp)
(i need to track down that ‘pre-amp’)

*PRE-AMP TROUBLE-SHOOTS* –>
(and then ‘channel 2’ of my ‘m-audio preamp’ (which i use for ‘acoustic guitar’) didn’t monitor through the ‘headphones’ unless i unselected the “mono” option for “direct monitor” (and even then it only came through the ‘right headphone’))
(i got a ‘(short sharp) shock’ through the ‘headphones’ when i attempted to rectify the matter)
