-togo’s eateries, inc. is a chain of 250 fast casual sandwich restaurants owned by Nîmes Capital who purchased the company from Mainsail Partners in december 2015-
Its headquarters are in San Jose, California.
Togo’s is often combined with Baskin-Robbins’ ice cream shops (which were both owned by the same parent company from 1997 to 2007). Togo’s was sold to a private equity firm in 2007.
