i first noticed its onslaught while nursing a heineken with madcow at rolf’s late one night.
my left eye felt swollen and started caving in on me involuntarily.
by the time we left for the diner, pus was oozing out the eye.
not a good calling card for meeting young women…
so i went to the old man’s doctor on shawnee drive.
he claimed that the “doctor jayaraj” (a tiny indian woman) was ideal for his purposes because he could “order her around”.
(she prescribed me ‘eyedrops’)
(2 drops in left eye 3x a day for a week)
