…you see, over the past several years we’ve taken hold of the souls of several “‘classic’ rock dinosaurs” and incorporated their spirits into our own inimitable brand of ‘millenial melodies’ waging a ‘generational war’ on so-called ”golden oldies’…

*our embryonic performances on the ‘tristate circuit’ have attracted an increasingly ecstatic and rapidly growing fanbase (dubbed “the second nature”)*

(with a setlist consisting of ‘through-composed progressive passages’, ‘loony improvisational excursions’, and ‘radical re-interpretations of classic rock ‘n roll’, we’re poised to set the world ablaze…)

(over the past decade, we’ve been working out the kinks’ in our recorded output… while simultaneously letting the songs imply ‘storylines’ with ‘repeated listens’ and ‘scrambled ‘song orders”…)
(the sole benefit of “(artistic) obscurity” is that we can change ‘song titles’ without anyone noticing…we also get to ‘sleep in’ on a regular basis…only because we often stay ‘up’ all night…)

the collectively-composed libretto scales wagnerian heights as our hero takes the audience on a journey from ‘heaven’ to ‘hell’…
(the story begins by weaving the tale of a ‘local weirdo’ framed for the kidnapping of 2 young girls…)
(as he sets about clearing his name, he subsequently uncovers the dark underbelly buried in the heart of “modern meathead ‘murica”…)
although several selections have already been posted on our social media sites, we are temporarily withholding the strongest cuts for a theatrical debut at the “new brunswick performing arts center” this summer…
(in ‘june 2010’, we debuted the first section of “dopeland” at the ‘watchung arts center’)
(for it’s an ‘eternal work-in-progress’ so to speak)
(at subsequent performances, truncated versions of the upcoming theatrical release were accompanied by musical interpretations of music from our previous ‘song cycles’)
(the group is set to debut “dopeland” @ the NYC venue “galapagos” in the spring before departing on an east coast college campus tour in may)
the performance features emotionally wrenching power-trio performances consisting of both through-composed passages and improvisational excursions.
audience participation is strongly encouraged.
the visual component of the performance features projected syncs intended to drive the narrative…
the theatrical component of the performance features an assortment of talented actors and musicians…
