performed a solo set at a benefit concert for the old city hall…joseph conroy set me up with the gig…i had met him a few months ago when he was playing as an acoustic duo @ the A+B…he let me play some songs…i was out to dinner with AI after a recording session…
there were other shitty acts…a busty singer backed by a geeky acoustic guitarist…i later spotted her working at macy’s in the quaker bridge mall…i asked her where the bus stop was…
she didn’t recognize me (or at least she pretended not to)
