nikki camp booked the gig after my december 2011 email and new year’s eve show @ bowery poetry club
i got in touch with “nicki camp” in december 2011 after sending out e-mails to NYC booking agents…he lined me up with a new years eve 2011–>2012 gig @ the bowery poetry club…
i’ve already played at this manhattan venue twice this year (in march and july)…
promoter nicki camp says i need a minimum 20-person draw (that’s hard for me to attain these days…especially on a tuesday night!)…and that’s the week i’m supposed to be in austin filming “misanthropos”…we’ll see what happens…maybe i’ll be rich ‘n famous by then!
(roboray and i performed there again in july 2013…)
now i’m supposed to play @ sullivan hall november 13 9pm (another tuesday night show)…
(meanwhile i was filming in austin TX)
