(i tried playing the saxophone in fourth grade)
mostly because shane taylor also chose the instrument…i respected his taste…i never developed a taste for it (and neither did he)…
in fourth grade, i took up saxophone with the school band. i picked the instrument because my friend shane taylor (who was hipper than i) also picked it. i was even worse on the saxophone…i’m not sure whether it was a soprano or tenor saxophone…
(i quit the next year)
as a high school junior, i incorporated the indian saxophonist “anthony alapatt” into my band…it was a mistake…
(he made some good contributions to my song “homecoming” but was entirely extraneous otherwise)
