i have less than $100 in my bank account
(after AI mailed me a $100 check for the “god he made the moon” video)
(i’ve already bought two cans of dip, a 12-pack of budweiser, and a monster energy drink…)
(my gums are beginning to bleed…)
i still have ~$30 on the dunkin donuts card for ‘morning coffee’…
(that came as a pleasant surprise)
as well as remnants of the food that mama brought me last wednesday night…
or i could just go for the crude young blonde @ gelatino…
(they STILL have the “help wanted” sign up)
(as does cross culture indian restaurant)
(the jewish manager scott will be there tomorrow morning…he wasn’t there on this rainy afternoon…)
(the blonde’s name is “samantha” / her hispanic boyfriend works @ radioshack / his mother is manager @ PNC bank / his sister is also gonna start working @ gelavino gelato)
i’ve been searching on the wrong craigslist forums all along…mama told me that princeton jobs are primarily located under CENTRAL jersey (i’d been searching in SOUTH jersey)…craigslist listings should really be divided by county…
and radioshack mackenzie was on a conference call…he says the “guy who does the hiring” won’t be in until friday…i gave him the lexis nexis paperwork…he didn’t seem to have received the note i’d left him the week before…
coincidentally now james @ sherwin williams is out until friday (says the big black working the counter)…his managers wouldn’t hire me because my alleged “part-time job” @ radioshack would “interfere with scheduling”…i only told him about this so i didn’t sound like an unemployed bum! 20-30 hours / week is ideal for me (when supplemented by other sources of income)…so i e-mailed him sunday afternoon explaining my situation and he claimed he’d “forward it to management”…
at least i’m good and clean once again…and mama will be here tomorrow night for dinner…she’ll bring me my laundry…i’ll beg her for money…
i should be receiving the apple rebate check in the mail by february 6…hopefully it is made out to me and not to my mother (whose credit card actually paid for the original hard drive replacement)…
of course AI couldn’t see “the ark” video i shared with him on google drive…i’ve completed two more videos for him (still awaiting his approval) which means $200…if i can mix down the remaining 5 songs we did and make videos for them that nets me another $500…then i’ve gotta prepare 5 more songs just to cover the $2K advance he gave me in september 2012…starting with “you make me feel so young”…anything beyond that is $200 / song…but he’s gotta get down here for more vocal sessions…
gotta pay the rent / cleaning lady / utilities bill / medical bills (though mama said she’d take care of that…)
i can’t spend any more money until the landlord cashes my rent check…
(this means i’ll have to stick to dunkin donuts coffee in lieu of beer + dip)
interview with scott greenberg (via his cute wife lisa) @ gelavino gelato on sunday afternoon @ 2:30pm (although he made me wait several minutes)
he told me he is already hiring another girl full-time but he may be able to have me “fill in the gaps” (= ~20 hours / week)…if i could line this up with sherwin williams / radioshack / princeton tutoring, i should be all set…
