Change how frame rate and audio channels are interpreted
Video clips are made up of a series of still frames that are displayed fast enough to give the appearance of continuous motion.
Audio channels are combined to produce a single sound mix.
Most of the time you will have stereo, two-channel or mono, single-channel audio.
Change the way Premiere Pro interprets the frame rate for a clip by right-clicking it in the Project panel and choosing Modify > Interpret Footage.
You can choose a different frame rate, which will change the playback speed and duration of the clip.
