issues with ‘filmic remote’ + ‘manual zooms’
i was wondering if anyone else has had issues operating ‘manual zoom’ with ‘filmic remote app’ running on 1 iphone and ‘filmic remote’ running on another iphone
i also switched up the phones to rule them out.
i’m trying to ‘manual zoom’
either by opening filmic pro to set the zoom and then connecting filmic remote’
OR
connecting filmic remote and then setting the zoom
.
if i set a full zoom by dragging each ‘zoom marker’ to opposite ends and double click them to set the full zoom, sometimes it works.
other times it will complete the full zoom and then abruptly jerk back to the pr-zoom level.
once that hppens, the ‘filmic remote’ + ‘filmic pro’ frames go out of sync (1 iphone shows a different zoom then the other).
if i disconnect from filmic remote and then try that same ‘full zoom’ it works fine, so its definitely an issue with the ‘filmic remote’.
when setting the manual zooms i made sure i dragged the zoom marker to the limit, but in many cases there is some ‘grey’ still showing beyond the ‘white line limit’ no matter how hard i dragged.
any guidance appreciated….🙏TIA🙏
