To measure your foot width, you can wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your foot.

The widest part of your foot is usually the ball of your foot, near the big and little toe joints

Steps

Stand on a firm surface with your weight evenly distributed

Wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your foot

Make sure the tape measure is flat and snug, but not squeezing

Record the measurement in millimeters

You can use a shoe width measurement chart to find the right shoe width for you.

However, shoe manufacturers may have different naming conventions for shoe widths.

For example, one manufacturer may call a women’s Extra Wide (XW) width a 2E/EE, while another manufacturer may call it a 3E/EEE
