To measure your sleeve length for men’s clothes, you can use a tape measure to measure from the center back of your neck to your wrist

You can also measure from a shirt that fits you well

Measuring your body

Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.

Place the end of the tape measure at the nape of your neck, in line with your spine.

Run the tape measure over the top of your shoulder and down the arm to your wrist bone.

Slightly bend your elbow as you measure

Measuring from a shirt

Find the center back of the collar.

This is usually where the yoke is split or the center box plate is located.

Place the end of the tape measure at the center back of the collar.

Run the tape measure down the sleeve to the end of the cuff

Calculating your sleeve length

Add the two measurements together to get your sleeve length.

If your measurement is in quarter-inches, round up to the nearest half-inch
