“thermal throttling from clogged fans”

my 2019 Intel 16-inch MacBook Pro becomes unusable under Premiere Pro load. Activity Monitor shows kernel_task spiking to 500–600% CPU. This has happened twice before on prior MacBooks / this setup, and both times Apple cleaning dust from the fans/airflow path resolved it. I’d like a thermal/airflow inspection, fan/vent cleaning if possible, and Apple diagnostics. Please quote me before any paid repair”
