(at age 3, i completed my first “work of art” at ‘union village nursery school’…)
(i cut a ‘purple rectangle’ from ‘sparkly paper’ and glued it to a piece of ‘paper’)
(the teacher informed me that this was somehow ‘incomplete’)
(the following year i recall ‘failing’ the ‘report card’ section measuring ‘ability to dribble a basketball’)
(and by kindergarten, i was being criticized for using ‘vertical rectangles’ for the ‘trunk’ of a mouse character)
-FALL 2011-
in fall 2011 i started painting during hurricane irene…
because the power was out and i had nothing else to do…
i depicted a screaming tree falling into the sea…
-JUNE 2016-
(utilize ‘adobe premiere pro’ + ‘iphone video clips)
